Periodically Microsoft will combine many patches, updates, and other improvements into Service Packs that significantly improve the operation of desktop and operating system software.  Using the software distribution policy capabilities of Windows Intune, CloudClient installs these Service Packs when it is most convenient for your users.

  • Reporting and Remediation of notable events in your cloud computing environment 
  • On a weekly basis you will receive reports of unusual events that occurred in your environment, and the steps we took to remediate them
